Karl G. Kantarjian - Executive Director

Mr. Kantarjian has a record of assuming difficult and nearly unobtainable challenges and transforming them into successful accomplishments. Born to immigrant parents in New York City, his family moved to Los Angeles where he graduated from UCLA with Honors in Business and Accounting. He then attended and graduated from Harvard Law School. Karl returned to Los Angeles, where he became a real estate attorney for a successful land development firm. Joseph L. Sapienza - Creative Director

Joe Sapienza is someone who loves to know how things work. While growing up in Chicago, he began his multifaceted life as an innovator and entrepreneur. Whenever something that crossed his path piqued his interest, he would learn all about it - and often would launch new business ventures based on his newly-acquired knowledge.

Joe worked in many different worlds and fields, going where his interests led him - all while building a strong and solid base of wide-ranging expertise. Dominick Sapienza - Assistant Art Director

Dominick Sapienza is an essential member of our creative team. His skills and talent in web design are immense and has helped transpose Web Gem Network capabilities in a series of different technical categories including HTML, Flash design, and Animation. His artistic eye and intellect are responsible for much of our banner material and photography layouts. It's safe to say Dominick is a true Renaissance Man, studying acting and theater throughout high school, he earned leads in many plays and musicals. Dennis P. Jaconi - Senior Marketing Director

Dennis Jaconi grew up surrounded by the entrepreneurial spirit and learned about business at his father’s knee. However, he was also bitten by the travel bug in his teens and he spent a great deal of time travelling the globe. He ventured throughout mainland China, and South Eastern Asia while earning his undergraduate degree. After college he spent months at a time wandering Europe and South America. As he approached his mid-twenties, he realized that however much he relished his travels, it was time to get his career started: he returned to the business world to go into the family’s land development company.
